In short: the app is free to start. Pro is a one-time purchase through Google Play that stays tied to your Google account. The lessons are for learning, provided as they are, and your progress stays on your phone.

These terms cover the C++ Learning Guide, the Android app published by TopicDev ("we"). By installing or using the app, you agree to them.

1. Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old to use the app, and old enough in your country to make purchases, or have a parent's or guardian's permission.

2. Licence

We give you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to use the app and its content on your devices. The app, its lessons, challenges and other content belong to TopicDev; you may not copy, resell or republish them. Getting the app from Google Play is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.

3. Pro

Part of the content is free. Pro unlocks the full curriculum and everything else in the app, for a single payment through Google Play, with the price shown in Google Play before you pay. There's no subscription. Pro stays tied to your Google account: reinstalling the app with the same account restores it. Refunds follow the Google Play refund policy; if something went wrong, write to us too.

4. Educational content

The lessons, examples and answers are written to help you learn. We work to keep them correct, but they may contain mistakes and may not cover every case or compiler. Check anything important against official documentation before relying on it in your own work.

5. Your data

Your profile and progress are stored on your phone. If you reset the app, clear its data or uninstall it, your progress can't be recovered. See the privacy policy.

6. No warranty

The app and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. This doesn't affect any rights you have as a consumer that can't be excluded by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost progress, arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Pro. This doesn't limit liability that can't be limited by law.

8. Changes and termination

We may update the app, its content and these terms. We'll publish the new terms here with a new date; continuing to use the app afterwards means you accept them. Your right to use the app ends if you break these terms, or when you uninstall it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. If you live elsewhere as a consumer, this doesn't take away the protection of the laws of your own country that can't be excluded by agreement.
